Toad Touch is a pair of realistic, human-sized bronze toads celebrating the moment they return to land after spawning in water. Inspired by toads as companion species, the work explores the intertwined lives of humans and other species. Their polished surfaces invite touch, creating a sculpture shaped over time by the traces of everyone who interacts with it.
